I went with Proformance roofing because reviews were great and BBB rating was good. Chris came out immediately and came back several times to answer questions and help choose a color. Their bid was the best I got from three companies. Workers showed up on time and finished quickly. Someone even came and got the dump trailer on Sunday Morning after the crew was called out on an emergency. They put the the critter covers on my iron pipes and immediately redid a corner of my gutters that was not on quite right and was leaking. Great job and highly recommend this company.read more

These guys did a great job! Chris gave me a quick quote and was very informative! They beat the prices of all other companies I got quotes from while also getting the quote out quicker. The roofers showed up at 7am and finished the job between 7 and 8pm the same day!read more

ProFormance was outstanding from start to finish. Their quote was reasonable - at least compared to the other estimates we got - we spent twice as much this time as we did in 2002. ProFormance was slightly less than some quotes and more than 25% less than the highest quote. We met with Frank about our new roof and he was great. Two other quotes tried to get us to do work they said was mandatory for new roofs in our county. Frank told us that it was not necessary or even beneficial to do the added work, and he was right.We had our roof replaced at a time of unexpected heavy daily rains (late May 2018). They managed to keep us leak free during some tough weather while they completed the roof. We had one small cosmetic problem and they made it right for us the next day. The new roof looks great and we could not be happier about the job that ProFormance did. I highly recommend them!read more

99% perfect job, pointed out one tiny cosmetic thing that most companies wouldn't care to fix, and they fixed it within hours. Also, had the roof professionally inspected since I was out of town and he said it was one of the best hurricane strapping jobs he had seen!!!! Top Notch, patient with me, communicated well, and got the job done right! Also I did a lot of shopping around, got quotes from 6,500 to 11,000 and these guys were one of the less expensive ones and in my opinion one of the best quality. I recommend to anybody without hesitation or reservation.read more

I called several companies that were referred to me by home advisor and Proformance was the only company that got back to me promptly. I checked out there ratings and reviews from other customers and saw that they had great reviews and a high rating. They came to my residence, checked out my roof, pin-pointed the problem and told me what they would do to fix it, and quoted me a price. I was pressed for time and he scheduled a date that worked for me in order for them to do the work on time. Laurie, Tyler, and his other worker were all so pleasant, professional and most importantly kept to their promise and did a good job. Hopefully, I won’t have problems for a while. ProFormance Roofing did an excellent job. I am blown away at how quick the process went and how clean they were. I was sensitive to the idea that there might be a lot of nails left in the yard afterwards as my neighbor complained he found 287 nails after his roof was done by someone else. I searched pretty hard and found like 5. Roof looks great and they did the job in a day. Great work! They even threw in fixing a vent that was not previously discussed. Thank you again!read more

Frank showed when he said he would gave me an estimate and then completed the work when he said he would on Friday before a holiday weekend. He also found an additional issue and fixed it for the same price quoted and then stopped by to follow up to make sure all was well after the job had been completed. We had a leak in our roof and the shingles were sagging. We called everyone around and Noone was able to give us an appointment for the next day. We called ProFormance Roofing and got an appointment for the very next day. He came and gave us a quote and was able to repair the roof in a timely matter. I found Proformance Roofing in my neighborhood re-roofing a home and witnessed the project from start to finish. I decided I would give them a call as my roof was 20+ years old. I was pleasantly surprised at the price considering the workmanship I had witnessed on my neighbor's home so I immediately hired them. Frank's team had my new roof on in 3 days in the middle of summer and it looked fabulous as I knew it would. The best part was the cleanliness and attention to detail each day with cleanup. Having small children around, my wife and I were never worried about nails or other debris laying in the yard and shrubs. Very happy with results! This company came out quickly to give me a quote; they very professional. I notified them that I had chosen their team, and we scheduled a date. The new roof looks better than ever! The shingles are beautiful, and the workmanship is great.On a side note - they are extremely customer-friendly. During the roof installation, one of the ceiling fans on the back porch completely fell down, and the globe cracked, etc. I am not really sure if this was their fault or not, how could we possibly know? I'm sure it was an accident, if it was. But, before the end of the day they had come back, with a brand new fan, and installed it! Without my even having to ask anything about it! I recommended them to my husband for a house that he has that needs repairs from the Hurricane Matthew (back in October). He simply hasn't found a roofer that will come and do it.
